To improve your armwrestling you need to do more then just table time.


With some weight training you will prevent injuries and build muscles to make you preform different moves easier and safer.

A good physic in general is important and to start your training I think you should include exercises that train the whole body and are effective in building strenght!


The thing we think should be standard for armwrestlers is to do pull-ups (chins), push-ups on your nuckles or fingertip. Sit-ups and cardio training should also be standard training.

  • Hammercurls
  • Wristcurls
  • Grip training
  • Static training for biceps and forearms
  • Shoulders

 

Backpressure exercises are important.
