Injuries

The first thing i got to know was the PAIN in the tendons and muscles by armwrestling.

You put a tremendous stress on your body when you train hard and use your muscles to the max.

The most important thing is to listen to your body and not armwresle if it hurts in tendons or the muscles feels to soare.

This is how is how it looks before and after some training:

Normal view, This is before I workout.

And this is how it looks in IR vision with a Thermal camera.

Have been resting 2 days from training so this is a "normal" heat pattern.

After the workout we can see red areas that indicate muckle breakdown and stress on tendons.

There has been a temprature increase by approximently 4 degrees C.

If you train to soon after a wokout like this you will BREAK DOWN your body and you will be weaker and it is likely that you also will get an injurie!

In our Team we have taking it to a new level.

We use thermography to "see" the injurie and how it has healed. We also treat ourself with medolight (led light therapy) this speeds up the healing process and make us able to train harder and build muscle faster!

In american studies on Navy Seal's they have seen that this sort of stimulation of the heeling process can make the muscle heal 40% faster. This meens quicker muscle building.

When it comes to injuries like thorn tendons or muscles, it accelerate the healing by 200-300%.

(The team manager have long experience with thermography and led-light therapy in both humans and racehorses, so we take this knowlage to improve armwrestling)
